Cliffview has had recent renovations since receiving a generous grant from the Colorado Division of Housing. Cliffview now has a warmer, more modern look with new paint and carpet throughout the halls and rooms. New furniture, window coverings and lighting fixtures, plus an updated color scheme make Cliffview feel more like a home. Major improvements were also made to the air system, water heater, sidewalks and parking lots. Built in 1984, Cliffview is Grand County’s only assisted living community.

Cliffview is licensed by the State of Colorado of Public Health and Environment and certified for Medicaid reimbursement. Cliffview has received many deficiency-free Health inspection reports through the years, including our last two consecutive surveys, in 2007 and 2009.
