Operating since 1979, Senior Housing Options (SHO) is a recognized leader in Colorado providing older adults affordable housing. As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, SHO is 100% dedicated to providing housing to older adults who have low-income or are disabled. We currently have five assisted living properties and four affordable housing communities in Colorado.
