Operating since 1979, Senior Housing Options is a recognized leader in Colorado providing older adults affordable housing. To many individuals, our assisted living facilities and subsidized apartments are places many call “home.” Throughout the decades of operating, we continue to have high marks from our residents and the community in being friendly, safe, and secure.
As a not-for-profit housing organization, Senior Housing Options is 100% dedicated to providing housing to older adults who have low income or are disabled. We currently have five assisted living properties and four affordable apartment living properties. We have about 150 employees helping to carry out our mission.

Throughout our 40 years of operation, Senior Housing Option facilities are continually changing, growing, and finding innovative ways to meet the demands of our industry. However, one thing that always remains constant is the family-centered culture of caring for our peers. Our staff is the cornerstone of providing outstanding care to our residents. Because of this, SHO demonstrates appreciation for all staff through providing support, flexibility, and resources in education and training to ensure their success in our organization.
