Become a Resident…A Place to Call Home

Senior Housing Options is a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing caring, supportive services and quality affordable housing for older adults in Colorado. Whether you are looking to find a home in a historic western hotel residence in the heart of a downtown Denver neighborhood or in a mountain community nestled in the Rockies, we have a place that will fit your needs.

We serve nearly 500 residents in twelve residences throughout the State. Our staff is thoroughly screened and selected for its dedication to providing loving care to our residents. And we are dedicated to ensuring that our services are available to those that need us the most. We promote a resident-centered culture where we honor individual choices, respect uniqueness and promote dignity of the individual. Our environments offer opportunities for growth, purpose, and a sense of community and belonging. A place where everyone can thrive.
