Become a Resident

We welcome you to your new home, in a community that is right for you or your family member – in an urban area or in a smaller town, independent or assisted living environments, each with a different character.

We serve nearly 500 residents in ten communities throughout the state. Our team members are thoroughly screened and selected for their dedication to providing loving care to our residents. And we are dedicated to ensuring that our services are available to those that need us the most. We promote a resident-centered culture where we honor individual choices, respect uniqueness and promote dignity of the individual. Our environments offer opportunities for growth, purpose, and a sense of community and belonging. A place where everyone can thrive.

Our low-income apartments are subsidized by the Federal government and are designed for older adults and adults with disabilities who enjoy living independently but need the financial assistance provided through the subsidy. In our apartments, we keep rents affordable.

Meet Michael

Meet Michael a resident of the Olin Hotel Apartments, one of Senior Housing Options’ subsidized apartments.

This 73-year-old man ended up homeless, spending his days in the library and nights on the buses to stay warm after losing his job then subsequently his apartment.

Michael found the Olin and has been able to make it his home. He now has stability and can focus on more than where he’s going to find security for a single night.

He’s managing his health and looking for ways to help others.

While Michael is an extraordinary man who is compassionate and funny, his story of struggle is not unique. It’s because of residents like Michael that Senior Housing Options is dedicated to providing and promoting quality, affordable housing and caring supportive services for older adults in Colorado.
