This is an income-restricted community.
Gross income cannot exceed $49,140 for one-person and $56,160 for two persons
Rent ranges from $614 – $1,228 for a studio apartment and $658 – $1,316 for a one-bedroom apartment.
The Apartments at Cinnamon Park feature 21 one-bedroom and 4 studio apartments. This is a smoke-free facility with a community room, exercise room, on-site laundry, garden and patio area. Wellness activities will also be available.
