Sherry Wolf joined Olin Hotel Apartments as the Property Manager in February 2025. Sherry comes with 30+ years in affordable housing for families, older adults, and individuals with disabilities. What Sherry loves the most about her work is, “to give someone the keys to their new home and see how happy they are.” In Sherry’s spare time, she enjoys traveling, riding her motorcycle, and spending as much time as she can with family.
Meet Michael
Meet Michael a resident of the Olin Hotel Apartments, one of Senior Housing Options’ subsidized apartments.
This 73-year-old man ended up homeless, spending his days in the library and nights on the buses to stay warm after losing his job then subsequently his apartment.
Michael found the Olin and has been able to make it his home. He now has stability and can focus on more than where he’s going to find security for a single night.
He’s managing his health and looking for ways to help others.
While Michael is an extraordinary man who is compassionate and funny, his story of struggle is not unique. It’s because of residents like Michael that Senior Housing Options is dedicated to providing and promoting quality, affordable housing and caring supportive services for older adults in Colorado.
