Senior Housing Options is a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing caring, supportive services and quality affordable housing for older adults in Colorado. Whether you are looking to find a home in a historic western hotel residence in the heart of a downtown Denver neighborhood or in a mountain community in the heart of the Rockies, we have a place that will fit your needs.

We serve 500 residents in thirteen residences throughout the State. Our staff is thoroughly screened and selected for its dedication to providing loving care to our residents. And we are dedicated to ensuring that our services are available to those that need us the most. We promote a resident-centered culture where we honor individual choices, respect uniqueness and promote dignity of the individual. Our environments offer opportunities for growth, purpose, and a sense of community and belonging. A place where everyone can thrive.

Our apartment communities provide all of the benefits of standard apartment living, in an environment with other adults like you. Our apartment communities are subsidized so rent is affordable — just 30% of income for those earning less than 50% of the median income of the county where the property is located.

Assisted living offers a great deal more support including meals, activities, medication monitoring and a 24 hour staff of personal caregivers. Our staff does the work and the residents enjoy living! Our assisted living communities are available to residents of all income ranges.
