We are excited to bring affordable housing to Longmont for adults 62 years of age and older. Applicants must also meet the income requirements set by the Colorado Finance and Housing Authority (CHFA) to apply.
A beautiful 2-story, 25-unit affordable housing community with 21 one-bedroom and 4 studio apartments was opened in 2022.
Located in a quiet neighborhood next to Cinnamon Park Assisted living, residents enjoy this shared space and an opportunity for gardening, music and more. Located just three blocks from Main Street Longmont, it’s close to shops and restaurants. There is a private parking lot and plenty of street parking for visitors.

Gross income cannot exceed $49,140 for one-person and $56,160 for two persons
Rent ranges from $614 – $1,228 for a studio apartment and $658 – $1,316 for a one-bedroom apartment.
The Apartments at Cinnamon Park feature 21 one-bedroom and 4 studio apartments. This is a smoke-free facility with a community room, exercise room, on-site laundry, garden and patio area. Wellness activities will also be available.
