Sylvia joined Benjamin Square Apartments as the painter in June 2019. This allowed Sylvia to become acquainted with the residents. Prior to that Sylvia was Assistant Manager for the Pine Meadows Apartments in Greeley. During that time Sylvia and her husband owned and managed their own painting business for 22 years. Sylvia and her husband Joe have a son and two daughters. In their spare time, they enjoy gardening, bicycling, camping and anything that has to do with the outdoors.
