Located in southwest Denver-Just east of Federal and Jewell-and convenient bus lines. The property is close to Brentwood Plaza Shopping Center, King Soopers, Churches, restaurants, and numerous other local shops.

Residents enjoy a ranch-style mobility accessible building with a comfortable community room with TV and adjoining patio to socialize with others. Each resident has his or her own private, lockable bedroom in a two-bedroom unit.  Rents are federally subsidized through the project based section 8 assistance program. In order to initially qualify, applicants have incomes at or below 50% of the area median income. In accordance with HUD regulations, preference is provided to those applicants with incomes at or below 30% of the area median income. All units offer shared full kitchen and bathroom.
