Welcome to The Barth Hotel
Located in Lower Downtown Denver, The Barth Hotel Assisted Living Residence provides support and assistance to seniors and older adults with disabilities who enjoy the bustle and activity of the city. Imagine your loved one residing in a historic western hotel-a designated landmark just blocks away from Union Station. There is easy access to bus lines and plenty of things for active residents to take part in. Neighboring LoDo residents and businesses are friendly and involved, donating event tickets to the Pepsi Center, Coors field, and Denver Center for Performing Arts and hosting many parties throughout the year. The Stock Show and St. Patrick’s Day parades also pass right by our front door!
All residents live in their own private rooms which have been remodeled to preserve their original character and style. All rooms are furnished and most feature high ceilings and sunny large windows. Residents can take advantage of the 16th Street Mall stores, restaurants, and coffee shops nearby. The Barth Hotel creates a resident centered atmosphere that promotes personal independence and choice with a sense of security and well being. At the Barth, the staff does the work and residents enjoy living!
Dedicated to providing quality programs and services, the Barth utilizes an electronic medication system that increases med-pass accuracy and positive outcomes for residents. A recent survey (2010) also noted high satisfaction from both residents and families. Residents would recommend us to others with a 4.09 out of 5 rating and families a 4.20 out of 5 rating, respectively.
