September House provides an opportunity for seniors & older adults with chronic mental illness to live independently while still receiving on-site case management and supportive services to those who qualify. Located in southwest Denver-Just south of Mississippi and Zuni-and convenient to bus lines. The property is close to Athmar Park Shopping Center, Hudson Lake Park, Churches, restaurants, and numerous other local shops.

Residents enjoy a community room with a TV where they can socialize with others. Each resident has his or her own private, lockable bedroom in the two-bedroom unit. All units have a shared bathroom and full kitchen. Rents are federally subsidized through the project based section 8 assistance program. In order to initially qualify, applicants have incomes at or below 50% of the area median income. In accordance with HUD regulations, preference is provided to those applicants with incomes at or below 30% of the area median income. All units offer shared full kitchen and bathroom. This quiet residential setting is a wonderful place to live!
