September House provides an opportunity for seniors 62 and older to live independently. It is located in southwest Denver-Just south of Mississippi and Zuni-and convenient to bus lines. The property is close to Athmar Park Shopping Center, Hudson Lake Park, Churches, restaurants, and numerous other local shops.

Residents enjoy a community room with a TV where they can socialize with others. Each apartment has two bedrooms, bathroom and full kitchen. Rents are federally subsidized through the project based section 8 assistance program. In order to initially qualify, applicants have incomes at or below 50% of the area median income.
