SHO Accepts PACE Clients in Denver

SHO has been working with TLC (Total Longterm care), oen of the Program of All-inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) providers for more than fifteen years. This is an innovative program for older adults and people over the age of 55 living with disabilities. They provide coordinated care and support to help individuals live independently in the community. Our Denver assisted living communities work with TLC when increased services are needed.
