Life at Madison House

At Madison House, residents can choose a private or companion room, each of which features its own bathroom. Home to 29 residents who enjoy a small intimate atmosphere where friends and family can come and enjoy dinners and special events together. Renovations are underway to update the look and feel of Madison House. Plans call for new carpeting, paint and furnishings.

You will also enjoy the company of Basil Rathbone, the “infamous” resident dog. Since completing his K-9 Obedience training he is always around to create fun and adventure for the residents. An annual cheesecake fundraiser has also helped bring some new things to Madison house. A new projection system, a DVD/VHS player, and new speakers and screen in dining room now make karaoke (a favorite activity) and parties more fun and enjoyable for all!

The longevity of staff members also makes Madison House a special place to be. Many staff have served over 5 years and are devoted to providing quality care to its residents. Madison House is licensed by the Department of Public Health & Environment and certified for Medicaid reimbursement. Madison House recently received a deficiency-free life safety survey in 2010 and is committed to providing a safe and healthy environment for those that live there.

Madison House is owned by Senior Housing Options, Inc. a nonprofit organization celebrating over 30 years of service in Colorado. We currently own and/or operate fourteen residences throughout Colorado. We serve over 500 residents in our communities striving to assist seniors of low and moderate incomes and older adults with disabilities.
