Prior to joining Senior Housing Options (SHO) in February 1992, I worked in the field of income property real estate construction, management, accounting and finance for over 15 years. Since coming to SHO, I have restructured and improved the organization’s accounting, reporting and auditing procedures. I take a highly active role in the development of all new real estate projects, working closely with government agencies, architects, contractors, and lenders from early development stages to the final loan closings.

I have attended many seminars provided by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, and various pertinent trade organizations.  In March 1995, I also received my Certificate of Gerontology from the University of Denver.
