I have proudly served SHO for nearly 11 years now. My primary duties include providing compliance monitoring and quality improvement activities to all of our Assisted Living Residences on a regular basis and providing staff with hands on training and assistance. I am also available to consult on resident health and wellness concerns.

SHO has offered the Qualified Medication Administration Personnel (QMAP) class almost twenty years to the community as a low cost service to caregivers seeking to work in Assisted Living. This is a State of CO qualification class for those who wish to administer medications in assisted living. I have been the instructor for SHO for the past eight years.
