Hilarie Olson
Associate Director of Operations/Community Liaison
My current role includes operation & management support, public relations, training, website design & management, and community relations. She is also a member of the quality, safety, and executive management teams. I recently completed my Professional Advancement Certificate in Gerontology (PACG) through the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs Gerontology Center.
I have worked extensively in the senior health care and housing industry. I have managed several senior care and housing communities in both Arizona and Colorado. I bring over twenty years of experience in clinical administration, quality improvement, training, marketing, and project and case management. I also managed quality improvement projects in the inpatient hospital setting. In addition, I worked as a project and community relations manager for a CCRC and was involved in the activities related to the construction of a State of-the-Art Long Term Health Care Center, Assisted Living, and Independent Living Community.
Previously, I worked as a licensed social worker in South Dakota in the hospital, long term care, and non-profit settings. Most of my experience has been working with vulnerable and at-risk populations as a dedicated advocate for both children and senior citizens. I attended the University of South Dakota where I obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work and a Master’s degree in Health Services Administration. I also hold a license as a Nursing Home Administrator in Arizona with National Certification and is a Certified Assisted Living and Assisted Housing (HUD) Manager in Colorado.
I love Colorado and enjoy spending time with my family and playing tennis.
