Director of Compliance

As Director of Compliance, Adam Jon Hayworth ensures regulatory compliance with respect to Senior Housing Options’ real estate portfolio including various HUD Section 8 & 202/8, State of Colorado and USDA Rural Development Loans. Prior to joining SHO, Adam was an Asset Management Officer with Colorado Housing & Finance Authority (CHFA) where he oversaw a portfolio of over 65 affordable housing communities throughout the State of Colorado.

 Adam graduated from the University of Colorado-Boulder with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance.  He also holds National Registry EMT B/IV, U.S. National Wildfire Coordinating Group Firefighter Type 2, FEMA ICS and AHM credentials.

During time away from the office, Adam enjoys winter downhill sports, snowshoeing and globetrotting.
